1. Quién gestiona el pago y los reembolsos
Lemon Squeezy es el vendedor registrado (merchant of record) de Syllabeat Installer: procesa el pago, gestiona el IVA y emite la factura. Los reembolsos aprobados se tramitan a través de Lemon Squeezy y se devuelven al mismo medio de pago. El plazo en que el dinero aparece en tu cuenta depende de tu banco o del medio de pago.
2. Derecho de desistimiento y contenido digital
Como regla general, los consumidores tienen 14 días naturales para desistir de una compra a distancia. Sin embargo, el instalador es contenido digital que no se suministra en soporte material. Según el artículo 103.m) del TRLGDCU, el derecho de desistimiento no se aplica cuando la ejecución ha comenzado con tu consentimiento previo y expreso y con tu reconocimiento de que pierdes ese derecho.
Ese consentimiento y ese reconocimiento se recogen en la pantalla de pago. Por tanto:
- Si todavía no has descargado ni activado el instalador, puedes desistir en los 14 días naturales siguientes a la compra y recibir el reembolso completo.
- Desde que empieza la descarga o la activación, el derecho de desistimiento se pierde.
3. Si el instalador no funciona
Esto no afecta a la garantía legal de conformidad. Si el instalador no funciona en un equipo que cumple los requisitos publicados, escríbenos: intentaremos resolverlo y, si no es posible en un plazo razonable, te devolveremos el importe (o la parte que corresponda).
No se consideran faltas de conformidad: usarlo en sistemas no soportados (como macOS), la lentitud por no tener una GPU NVIDIA (que se avisa antes de la compra) ni los fallos de software o servicios de terceros ajenos al instalador.
4. Cómo pedirlo
Escribe a alexproxd006@gmail.com desde el correo de la compra, indicando el número de pedido de Lemon Squeezy y el motivo. Respondemos en un plazo razonable y, como máximo, en los plazos que marca la ley.
5. Qué pasa con la licencia
Cuando una compra se reembolsa, la licencia queda revocada: el instalador deja de validarse en todos los equipos y no se pueden descargar nuevas versiones. Syllabeat sigue siendo software libre: puedes seguir usándolo instalándolo a mano con la guía pública.
Los contracargos iniciados sin contactar antes con nosotros también revocan la licencia.

1. Who handles payments and refunds
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for Syllabeat Installer: it processes the payment, handles VAT and issues the invoice. Approved refunds go through Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method. How long the money takes to show up depends on your bank or payment provider.
2. Right of withdrawal and digital content
As a general rule, consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, the installer is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under article 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose that right.
That consent and acknowledgement are collected at checkout. Therefore:
- If you have not yet downloaded or activated the installer, you can withdraw within 14 calendar days of the purchase and get a full refund.
- Once the download or activation starts, the right of withdrawal is lost.
3. If the installer does not work
This does not affect the legal conformity guarantee. If the installer does not work on a machine that meets the published requirements, write to us: we will try to fix it and, if that is not possible within a reasonable time, we will refund the amount (or the appropriate part of it).
The following are not a lack of conformity: using it on unsupported systems (such as macOS), slowness from not having an NVIDIA GPU (warned before purchase), or failures of third-party software or services unrelated to the installer.
4. How to ask
Write to alexproxd006@gmail.com from the e-mail address used for the purchase, with your Lemon Squeezy order number and the reason. We reply within a reasonable time and, at the latest, within the legal deadlines.
5. What happens to the licence
When a purchase is refunded, the licence is revoked: the installer stops validating on every machine and new versions can no longer be downloaded. Syllabeat remains free software: you can keep using it by installing it manually with the public guide.
Chargebacks opened without contacting us first also revoke the licence.
